The Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Business Ventures (SBV), Amit Raizada is a nationally-recognized figure in the fields of business consulting and investments. Spectrum Business Ventures offers tailor-made investment opportunities for individuals, institutions, and businesses and has expanded from a single-office operation to a firm with nationwide reach and influence.
Born in New Delhi, India, Amit Raizada moved to the United States when he was two years old. At an early age, he showed an aptitude for entrepreneurship and the principles of economics. He majored in the latter at Michigan State; after college, he quickly built a reputation as a hard-nosed investment strategist specializing digital communications. Among his early clients include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Nextel, all of which benefited from his strategies for revenue expansion.
It is this spirit of entrepreneurship that has led Amit Raizada to expand his portfolio at SBV. He now counts technology, financial services, real estate, and retail firms as part of his client network that spans Europe and North and Central America. SBV credits Amit with instituting tighter client and investment opportunity controls. This has led to continued growth both for SBV and its clientele.
Aside from SBV, Amit also leads SBV Capital, a leading provider of capital solutions. SBV Capital counts recapitalizations, buyouts, and growth financing among its services, and also provides private offering consultancy for middle-market companies for all sorts of industries.

Amit is also a patron of the arts in Kansas City, donating to both the Kansas City Art Institute and the Kemper Museum of Modern Art.
SBV has helped fund research on ground-breaking GPS technology applications for cardiology research in cooperation with the University of Kansas Hospital. The Raizada Family Electrophysiology Laboratory was named in honor of his support for heart research, and conducts studies on the use of electromagnetic signals for tracking fluctuations in the internal and external structure of the heart, providing an early warning of cardiac arrest.
Amit and SBV have partnered with the Monmouth University men’s basketball team to provide innovative solutions that help improve student-athletes’ performance on the court and in the classroom. As a result, the Monmouth Hawks are considered a mid-major men’s basketball power and a perennial contender at the NCAA Tournament, defeating highly-favored teams across the nation.
